We are seeking a highly driven LinkedIn Sales and Marketing Specialist based in South Africa to support our executive recruitment efforts within the finance and legal sectors.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify top-tier candidates and clients in the finance and legal sectors.Craft and send tailored outreach messages via LinkedIn and email to engage high-value professionals and nurture long-term connections.Engage with target audiences by commenting on and liking relevant posts to foster online visibility and trust.Maintain detailed records of outreach and leads using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to enhance results.Collaborate with internal consultants to align LinkedIn sales efforts with strategic business objectives.Qualifications: Minimum 3 years' experience in LinkedIn-focused roles (sales, marketing, or recruitment).Proven success in lead generation, securing meetings, and fostering client relationships in professional sectors.Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail in outreach strategies.Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.Experience working within the German market or engaging with German-speaking clients is required.A robust understanding of the finance or legal sectors in Europe is advantageous but not mandatory.Candidate Profile: Thrives in a high-performance environment and embraces challenging goals.Committed to building a long-term career with clear personal and professional goals.Flexible and adaptable to different working hours, with an understanding that exceptional results often require going above and beyond standard work hours.Self-starter with an independent work ethic and a desire to excel in a remote setting.Equipment Requirements: A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools for remote work productivity.
