Reference: JHB004731-Tonia-1A dynamic mining manufacturer and supplier based in Rustenburg, North West is looking to employ a Registered Lifting Machinery Inspector (LMI) with 3 – 5 years' experience in a similar role.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMatricValid Driver's LicenseCandidate must reside in the North West or be willing to relocateA minimum of 5 years working experience in the fieldCandidate must be in exceptional healthAll applicants should be able to pass a full medical including heat tolerance, lung function tests, as well as criminal and financial screeningGood communication skills (verbal, written)Highly motivated, competent & energetic individualPro-active individual with a positive "can-do" attitudeMust have complete knowledge of lifting equipmentOn-site service and repairs to all makes of beams, electric overhead cranes, electric rope hoists, electric chain hoists, mechanical chain-blocks, and lever blocksInstallation and calibration of load limiting devicesIn-house strip and quotes to electric overhead cranes, electric rope hoists, electric chain hoists, mechanical chain-blocks, and lever blocksIn-house proof load testing to beams, electric overhead travelling cranes, electric rope hoists, and chain hoistsModifications to upgrade electrical and mechanical unitsClient liaison, administration, and correspondencePackage & RemunerationR 50 000 - R 60 000 Monthly plus medical aid and other benefits.
