Summary Statement:
The purpose of this position is to load test and certify material handling equipment (Forklifts) on company and customer premises in a timely and cost-effective manner so that customer and company requirements are met; maintaining vehicle records.

Perform accurate diagnosis/troubleshooting in the event of equipment breakdown; communicate necessary repairs to the customer and/or supervisor.Maintain vehicle maintenance and operational data/history by updating and timely communicating information that must go on record.Provide complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner.Ensure proper communication between self and workshop staff (supervisor and controller).Ensure OHSACT requirements are met in all actions on company premises; maintain a safe work environment by verifying vehicle safety device operations, following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.Job locationAfrica, South Africa
