We're seeking a skilled Client Service Administrator with the expertise and experience to excel in our dynamic team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Requirements:Matriculation and NQF Level 5 Certification: Demonstrated academic excellence and a strong foundation in long-term insurance principles.Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Extensive experience in the long-term insurance industry, with a proven track record of success.X Plan Experience: Preferably familiar with X Plan software, enabling efficient handling of client service tasks.Comprehensive Skills: Proficient in various aspects of client service operations, including claims processing, withdrawals, investment switches, policy services, beneficiary changes, new investments, and life assurance applications.Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all client service transactions.Responsibilities Include:Handling all aspects of policy services, including debit orders, address changes, cessions, withdrawals, surrenders, beneficiary nominations, and claims processing.Providing exceptional client service and support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client service activities.Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance service delivery.Package & RemunerationR 15000 - Monthly
