Upfront Cap Payment:
Northpoint offers you the opportunity to pay your Cap upfront. This ensures you receive 100% commission from day one without the delay of reaching your cap in the 9th or 10th month and potentially miss out on the bigger deals during the year.
Cap Amount:
The Northpoint ELITE Cap is R350,000.
Cap Bridging Financing Option:
If the upfront payment is a concern, Northpoint provides a BRIDGING FINANCE option for the cap against your 1st deal. This means you can enjoy the financial benefits immediately while leveraging the cap amount as a tax write-off.
INITIAL RELEASE BENEFIT
