The Librarian position at SACAP seeks a candidate with a robust educational background in library or information science, complemented by expertise in library cataloging systems and management tools. Profound organizational skills are imperative for overseeing the library collections, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service is pivotal in assisting patrons. The ideal candidate should exhibit technological proficiency, possess strong research skills, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, showcasing adaptability to emerging technologies. Effective collaboration within a team and a genuine passion for literature and learning are pivotal aspects of this role. This role will be based at the Johannesburg Campus.

Monday – Thursday: 08:30am to 17:00pm
Friday: 08:30am to 16:00pm
*Due to the nature of this role, there will be a need to work flexible hours to the extent to which it is reasonably necessary to perform the duties of this position.
