Stellenbosch Hills, a well-established wine estate based in Stellenbosch, has the above position available for a friendly, well-organised and self-motivated individual, who is able to multitask and take initiative. Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English are further prerequisites for the role.
Responsibilities: Tasting room managementPresenting wine tastingsLiaison with the public and all relevant stakeholdersAssisting with coordinating & managing of eventsProcessing of online orders & wine salesProcessing of orders on PastelLiaising with couriersHandling reception & switchboardAssisting with the administration of external auditsAll other administrative tasks related to the roleEssential Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Matric (a relevant Certificate/Diploma will be advantageous)Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a similar positionWillingness to work on weekends and during functions when requiredAbove average computer proficiency (specifically Microsoft Excel & Pastel)Above average mathematical knowledgeValid license and own reliable transport
