Level 3 Nursery Room Leader – Docklands

Role: Room Leader (NVQ level 3 or above)
Salary: £32,000
Hours: 40 hours a week – (Full time)
Area: Docklands
Our client is seeking an experienced Level 3 qualified Room Leader for the baby room in the beautiful docklands area.
Responsibilities include: Supporting Staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are metObserving children and managing their learning and development recordsWorking with EYFS Curriculum and planning exciting age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoorsBeing a key person, completing observations and reports where requiredBuilding positive relationships with parents and OfstedWorking to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & SafetyAttending staff meetings and training as requiredMaintaining confidentiality Candidate Requirements:Relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification, or be training towards achieving this qualificationA current DBSThe right to work in the UKA minimum of 1-2 years' experience within an Early Years settingExcellent knowledge of the EYFSFunctional Skills English and MathsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join the nursery's growing team.
