You will be required to::Draft Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentationWork independently and manage approximately 30 matters per dayPerform well under immense pressureAdhere to very strict turnaround timesLiaise with banks and debtors in the prescribed mannerLiaise with the Sheriff offices and other role playersRequirements:4 – 6 years previous legal experience in a Vehicle and Asset Finance positionNOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
