Legal Secretary, Rivonia

My client, legal firm based in Rivonia, is looking to employ a Secretary for the one partner. The candidate will liaise with clients and be the admin support. They will handle large volumes of emails and respond in a timeous fashion. Other duties include document creation and editing, general office support, managing Excel documentation, taking dictation, etc. The ideal candidate must be highly organised and methodical, follow instructions efficiently and timeously. Must be computer literate on Word and Excel. Legal background advantage but not essential - will be trained in legal formats, etc. We are looking for a person who is very diligent, very pedantic about their work, very particular about detail and very accurate. The work is very confidential and usually of an urgent nature so discretion is most important. Salary R15 000pm, no benefits. To start asap.
