JOB DESCRIPTION
?     Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
?     Taking and passing on messages to the relevant people
?     Keep a neat front area
?     Welcome and assist clients arriving at the firm
?     Receiving and sorting the mail
?     Typing legal documents
?     Receiving notices and pleadings and forwarding same to relevant people timeously
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
?     Matric
?     Experience from a law firm is a MUST
?     Good english and afrikaans (verbal and written) skills
?     Neat and professional appearance
?     Organisational skills
?     Typing skills – at least 60wpm
