Responsibilities: Preparing Magistrates Court and High Court legal process Interacting with correspondent attorneys, sheriffs and other service providers Tracking progress made from Section 129 letter of demand up to judgment granted Opening and closing of files Requirements Grade 12 Experience in debt recovery and drafting legal processes will be an advantage Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
