Directly reporting to the CEO, your mission will be to uphold high-quality standards across all departments, ensuring the firm's operations flow seamlessly and effectively. This position offers the chance to lead, refine, and innovate within a dynamic environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and billing, ensuring compliance with financial protocols.Human Resources: Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of legal staff.Office Operations: Ensure optimal functioning of the office's daily operations, facilities, and technological infrastructure.Client Relations: Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high standards of service delivery.Compliance and Risk Management: Enforce adherence to legal and ethical standards, and proactively manage potential risks.Technology and Information Management: Spearhead the integration and effective use of technology to enhance efficiency and client service.Marketing and Business Development: Drive marketing strategies and business development initiatives to expand the client base.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Administration or Business Management.At least 8 years of experience in a professional services environment.Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to manage and streamline business operations.Package & RemunerationR800,000 - R1,000,000 based on qualifications and experience.
