In this pivotal role within their Business Enablement Department, you'll report directly to the CFO with a direct line to the CEO.
As a Legal Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping strategic development while providing expert legal guidance across various business operations.Key Responsibilities:Drafting and vetting legal documentationProviding strategic legal advice on transactions and structuringManaging contractual claims, disputes, and litigationIdentifying legal risks and formulating mitigation strategiesStaying abreast of legislative changes and case lawEngaging with internal and external legal resourcesEnsuring compliance with labor laws and regulationsKey Requirements:B-degree in Law or LLB; admitted attorney or advocateMinimum 5 years post-articles experience, with 1 year in-house in financial servicesGeneral corporate commercial backgroundStrong strategic thinking and analytical skillsReady to make an impact?
