Job Title: Legal & Institutional Expert
Location: Gauteng, South Africa
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal & Institutional Expert with a strong background in consulting and development of a feasibility study infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have a relevant bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality legal services in relation to grant arrangements/ agreements and other contractual matters, product development and equitable access commitments, patent and technology transfer arrangements and confidentiality arrangements.
Review contracts and agreements.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft legal documents, reports, and memos.
Provide legal guidance and recommendations to clients or stakeholders.
Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties.
Manage legal risks and compliance, or coordinate with other legal professionals.

Requirements:

Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a consulting setting.
Strong communication and technical skills.
