Legal Enforcement Liason Administrator

ob Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and support services to our legal department. You will assist with various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily legal processes while managing communication with external parties and maintaining excellent client relations. This is a dynamic role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively within set timeframes. Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to): Assist the legal department with all administrative and support activities to ensure efficient operations. Communicate effectively with external parties, including clients, vendors, and third-party service providers. Manage all allocated tasks within deadlines, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Contact key representatives and advise them of their specific requirements. Schedule and coordinate meetings to manage legal matters with relevant attorneys. Follow up on ongoing legal matters until resolution is achieved. Manage and update reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records. Perform any ad-hoc activities that may arise during the contract period as required. Experience: Strong administrative skills are essential. Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and work environments. Awareness of financial services and industry regulations. Previous debt collection experience will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, with a professional and polite telephone manner. Strong, confident, and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in file management and maintaining accurate records. Proven ability to manage backend administration tasks. Ability to work to set targets and achieve results. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Desired Skills: Experience with debt collection and understanding of financial reconciliation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage diaries and schedule appointments efficiently. Previous exposure to Ghost Practice (advantageous). Well-spoken, articulate, and able to communicate clearly. Excellent email etiquette and professional written communication. Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and features. Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the legal or financial sector.
