Details of the offer

Minimum Job Requirements: B.Com / Diploma in Legal or Business Administration. Minimum 2 to 3 years legal administration experience in a similar role. The Job: Report to the Senior Contracts Administrator: Establishing Legal Agreements: Draft addendums to agreements, based on approved amendments. Draft basic legal letters, legal notices and correspondence. Assist/support management with drafting of risk-mitigation document to highlight identified risks in agreements under review. Co-ordinate review of specifically identified risk agreements between management and Corporate Legal office. Populate master legal agreement templates. Review details completed in master legal agreements populated by business units. Approving Legal Agreements: Compare expired and new replacement contracts. Review third party amendments to agreements against latest legal version/comments to identify changes. Address administrative checks on final agreements prior to submission for signing. Address administrative checks on signed agreements received from other party, prior to submission for internal signing. Co-ordinate contract amendments when necessary. Other Legal: Provide support to management with legal research of specific legal issues. Address legal queries from business on specific clauses/topics on existing agreements. Credit Applications: Address administration of the complete supplier/vendor credit applications process with business units and Corporate legal office. Liaise with business units and central procurement in respect of new credit application requirements. Liaise with Corporate Legal office to facilitate finalisation of terms and conditions. Draft addendums to customers credit application terms and conditions, based on approved amendments. Prepare final signing version of credit application. Submit signed credit applications to Contracts Administrator (contracts management system administration) for uploading in SharePoint contracts register. Supplier and Customer Agreements Administration: Update the supplier and customer agreements tracker; and follow up on outstanding feedback. Prepare final signing version of agreement based on approved managements approved amendments. Authorised Signing of Agreements: Submit agreements for internal signing in accordance with the resolutions, Approval Framework, shareholder agreements and other applicable agreements. Company Information Records Management / SharePoint Admin: Address administration requirements for company information schedules, letterheads and statutory details. Address administration requirements for published agreements, letterheads, and legal information on SharePoint. Upload departmental documents on SharePoint. General Administration: Litigation (IP and commercial matters) files. Administrative and general support to Departmental Managers. Projects: Compile, collate and review information required for adhoc departmental projects.
