Overview: A leading corporation is looking for a dynamic and experienced Legal Advisor specializing in unlisted properties. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for corporate and property law, and investment management, to join a team of self-driven professionals.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice on general property, corporate, and commercial law matters and transactions.Conduct legal research, offer opinions, and advise on corporate/commercial and property law matters.Draft, review, and negotiate property and commercial agreements.Manage and assist with legal due diligences.Identify and implement new and amended investment legislation.Oversee litigation processes.Advise on policies and procedures related to properties.Manage conveyancing aspects of properties.Assist with various projects and manage legal instructions and attorneys on the panel.Provide training to staff.Requirements:LLB degree.3-5 years post-admission experience in corporate and property law, and investment management.Admitted attorney of the High Court; admission as a Notary and Conveyancer is advantageous.In-depth knowledge of asset and property management.Ability to conduct thorough research.Competencies and Skills:Expertise in corporate law and investment management.Proficient in drafting corporate finance and real estate agreements.Strong accounting and financial skills.Results-oriented with excellent negotiation and conflict management abilities.Emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure.Effective project management and influence skills.
