Legal Advisor - Litigation

We are looking for a Legal Advisor - Litigation.Candidate must have the following:LLB – and at least 3 years post article experience.Post graduate qualification would be an advantage.At least 3 – 5 years litigation and Court experience.Working knowledge of various computer programmes including Power Point, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.In depth knowledge of laws and legal processes (primarily relating to Corporate Finance, Structured Finance and Investment Banking).Working knowledge of other areas of law e.g. Tax, Companies Act, Insolvency.Experience in turnarounds and restructures of companies.Working knowledge of finance.Urgently forward your CVs to ******.
