Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30To provide general intellectual property (IP) legal solutions to meet business requirements, and engage in legal risk management and mitigation in relation to IP related matters.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification: Post Graduate DegreeField of Study: LegalExperience RequiredIntellectual Property: 5-7 yearsProven experience in the provision of legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation, with at least 5 years' experience in an IP specialist role, either in practice or in-house.Identification and mitigation of legal risk.At least 3 years' people management experience (not necessarily direct reports), where applicable.Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
