To provide general intellectual property (IP) legal solutions to meet business requirements, and engage in legal risk management and mitigation in relation to IP related matters.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: Post Graduate DegreeField of Study: LegalOther Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Memberships: Post Graduate Degree - LLB; Admitted attorneyExperience RequiredLegal 5-7 years proven experience in the provision of legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation, with at least 5 years' experience in an IP specialist role, either in practice or in-house.Identification and mitigation of legal risk.At least 3 years' people management experience (not necessarily direct reports), where applicable.
