You will lead in managing legal aspects across arrears collection, lease agreements, property transfers, tenant management, and compliance with municipal regulations.

Were seeking an admitted attorney with 35 years of post-admission experience, ideally within the property or construction sectors.
A Conveyancer qualification is advantageous.
Candidates with experience in municipal processes such as rezoning, Section 82 approvals, and building plans will bring added value to the role.
