Legal Advisor

Requirements: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills: LLB degree and at least 2 years of legal experience post admittance. Exceptional communication skills in both Afrikaans and English. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: As a Legal Advisor at [Your Company Name], your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Handling company documentation and secretarial work, including reception of all company documents, handling statutory matters, recording meeting minutes, and drafting related contracts. Reviewing companies' Memorandum of Incorporation (MOIs) and ensuring compliance with annual CIPC returns and NCA requirements. Maintaining compliance with various legislative and regulatory requirements, including POPIA, FICA, the Companies Act, and others. Drafting internal and personnel contracts, developing employee policies, and providing legal and labor advice as required. Communicating with clients, attorneys, state entities, and other stakeholders. Overseeing litigation matters, including instructing external attorneys and managing the litigation process.
