Responsibilities: Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate. Litigation support on insurance legal matters. Provide legal advice. Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances. Drafting of legal documentation and reviewing of contracts. Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to manage legal risk. Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes. Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costs. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines in order to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation. Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards. Qualifications: Must be an Admitted Attorney. At least 2 years of experience after articles. Must have LLB Degree qualifications. Being fluent in Afrikaans will be an added advantage. Benefits: Opportunities to network and collaborate.
