Are you someone who can: Draft, review and manage contracting process from inception to implementation;To provide, timeously, professional advice and service in respect of legal matters to persons within the Business Unit.To monitor, analyse and evaluate the impact and legal implications of banking developments in the financial services industry and related areas, including the activities of competitors, both bank and non-bank, and to recommend effective courses of action.On request, and to initiate such advice and service as required particularly in the project space and in dealing with legal queries within the Business Unit.Achievement of Service Delivery Standards to stakeholders.
