Job Description You will be responsible for fact checking all legal claims and preparing court papers when we need to take a debtor to court.
You will assist credit controllers in compiling handover files and ensure information is accurate and relevant.
You will have a keen eye for detail, and accuracy, and have experience working between teams to investigate and fact check information.

Duties Manage legal/handed over accounts.
Liaise with the legal team in regards to legal customer queries.
Assist credit controllers in compiling handover files.
Ensure information is accurate and all relevant/required information is included in hand over files.
Perform reconciliations when necessary.
Liaison with debt collection agencies include handover and progress.
Manage the pre-legal and legal processes for collections.
Update status and tracking reports.
Record and monitor deadlines.
Applicant Criteria At least 2 year's experience working as an administrator At least 1 year's experience as a legal administrator.
Proficient in office programs with a good typing speed (min.
50 wpm) Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
Must be organised and able to work off own initiative.
Advanced knowledge of MS excel.
The detail 8:30am to 5pm Mon-Fri (GMT).
