Job Purpose:
To develop research and teaching that is complementary with the activities in the Belfast School of Architecture and the Built Environment related to Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. The post-holder is expected to provide teaching and module management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels whilst developing a research portfolio commensurate with inclusion in future research excellence frameworks.
The post-holder is expected to contribute to the development of a new built environment academic programme including continuous quality review and improvement of learning, teaching and research that contributes to the delivery of the Ulster University Strategic Plan.
The post holder will be assigned to a research center cognisant with their specialist knowledge and research.
