Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Leasing Administrator to support the leasing operations within a dynamic property management team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail.
As the Leasing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the leasing process, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all administrative tasks related to lease agreements are handled efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Lease Administration: Assist with the preparation and management of lease documents, including new leases, renewals, amendments, and terminations.Tenant Communication: Serve as a point of contact for tenants regarding lease inquiries and property-related concerns, ensuring excellent service.Rental Billing & Collections: Support the billing process, ensuring timely invoicing and monitoring of rent payments and arrears.Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.Reporting: Generate regular reports for internal teams, tracking lease expiries, renewals, and occupancy status.Support Leasing Team: Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of meetings.Skills & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leasing administration, property management, or similar administrative role.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with property management software is a plus.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Desired Attributes:Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer service focus.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to overall goals.
