Position: Remote Collections & Lease Management SpecialistHours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, US business hours (4 PM - 12 AM South Africa time)Location: Work from homeKey Responsibilities:Collections:Manage tenant accounts to ensure timely rent payments.Handle collections for overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.Communicate effectively with tenants regarding payment arrangements, disputes, and resolutions.Prepare and send collection notices as required.Lease Management:Oversee lease renewals, ensuring timely execution of lease agreements.Manage Section 8 and other housing program documentation.Ensure all lease documents are updated, accurate, and compliant with regulations.Track and manage lease expirations and initiate renewal processes.Requirements:Education: Must have a high school senior certificate or degree.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in collections and lease management.Technical: Must have your own laptop with reliable performance.Internet: Stable Wi-Fi connection to support remote work.Availability: Able to work during US business hours (4 PM - 12 AM SA time).Skills:Strong knowledge of lease agreements, renewals, and Section 8 requirements.Proficiency in managing collections and maintaining accurate records.Excellent organizational skills to ensure lease documentation is always current and accessible.Familiarity with property management software (preferred but not required).Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive tenant interactions with professionalism.Benefits:Fully remote position.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting US property management operations.If you meet the qualifications and are skilled in collections and lease management, we encourage you to apply!
