This will require collaborating with various stakeholders in the business, in which you will fulfil each step of the learning process.What will your day look like?Consult with stakeholders to:create learning pathsidentify learning opportunitiesdesign learning through various mediumsfacilitate training through a variety of delivery methodsassess and measure learning transferenceprovide constructive feedback for continuous growthProject manage and be fully responsible for the design and delivery of various leadership programmesWhat will make you an ideal candidate?Min of 1 year:L&D TNA /consulting experienceL&D material design experience for contact, blended and distance learningL&D Facilitator experience – leadership and/or soft skillsL&D Assessing & reportingEssential:Certificate ODETDPExpert soft skills and/or leadership knowledgeGood interpersonal skills & effective communicationCreativity, problem solving and critical thinking and project management skillsIntermediate: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & ExcelAbility to work independently & be a team contributorTravel nationally, as requiredAdvantageous:Coaching/ mentoring experienceKnowledge of LMSKnowledge of SharePointFamiliar with Easygenerator and/or other e-learning programmesInsights accredited and/or knowledge of InsightsExperience in a fast-paced environmentShortlisted candidates will be required to present the below during their interview:Evidence of online instructional designEvidence of contact designDeliver a 15-minute presentation on a soft skills topic of choice
