This unique position focuses on providing critical support to the Business Development (BD) team by helping to understand client needs, conducting Learning Needs Analyses, and scoping tailored learning solutions. You will also contribute to the design and development of learning programs, workshops, tools, courses, and materials for both custom client projects and AMI's core product library.This role offers a balance of strategic input into client proposals and hands-on instructional design, allowing you to shape learning experiences that drive real impact across Africa's business landscape.The Learning Solutions Designer will focus on both core workplace learning programmes and custom client learning programmes. Additionally, the role will play a significant role in supporting the Business Development (BD) teams in AMI Enterprise to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and review proposals – including support in scoping and presenting learning designs.
