A well-known Mining company, situated in Limpopo, is seeking the expertise of a Learning Programs Supervisor to join their team. Responsible for managing all the students reporting within the section. Ensure there is alignment to the organization's drive on effective performance management and accountability to ensure students progresses as defined by the framework and their program milestones.Essential Requirements:Grade 12National Diploma/B Degree in Engineering OR Human Resource Development OR Human Resources.5 years of experience in a Mining Environment.At least 2 years as a supervisor or in an acting capacity.Advantageous:Coaching and Mentoring CertificateDMRE Certificate of Competency (Mines and Works or Mine Managers Certificate).Supervisory Legal Training.If you meet the above requirements and want to make a career-changing move, apply today by emailing your CV to ******.
