The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and development of the Kia dealer network, Kia Importer employees as well as performing Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) duties.
The function forms a crucial part of the sales cycle, providing both critical and non-technical skills which will enhance the growth and development of all employees and therefore demands a high level of professionalism, technical and product knowledge.
