Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for the creation, implementation, and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel's goals and strategic plan.
Ensures that all L&D activities are completely aligned with the culture, values, and strategy of the hotel.
He/she monitors and analyzes staff training needs and oversees and implements all departmental training programs.
QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.Minimum 5 years of L&D experience and understanding of HR processes. Additional InformationWhat is in it for you:
