Interpret future requirements & shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritizing & ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives implemented, to address needs.QualificationsMinimum qualifications:Degree in Social Science or equivalent.Experience required:• Minimum of 5 - 7 years demonstrated workplace experience in Learning.• In-depth experience collaborating with key stakeholders and business leaders around learning experiences and enhancements to gain an understanding of their requirements to inform design methodologies and approaches; use deductive and inductive research and analytics approaches to inform design content which supports a positive learning experience.• Prior experience contributing suggestions on the design and content of learning technology, taking into account the various end-user segments across the enterprise and ensuring that it is in line with group standards and Corporate Identity, to support a positive, seamless, digitally enabled and integrated user experience of the technology.• Must have experience in assisting with rectifying any technical queries regarding access to both the content libraries as well as the digital platforms, as they occur, to meet the needs of the user and enable business-leading learning experiences through simple and agile experience platforms.
