Learning Consultant (Instructional Designer) We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer with knowledge of Vyond, Story Line Articulate, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
Key Responsibilities: Strong knowledge in Consulting and Project Management. Agile Project Management. Designing and Creating Content. Consulting background. Experience in Facilitating, Training, and Coaching. Facilitating to Frontline and Consulting across the business. Designing of Learning Material for E-Learning. Knowledge of the 6D's methodology (Define, Design, Deliver, Drive, Deploy, Document). Experience in Storyboarding. Designing Leadership programmes. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions. Administering of Bursaries, Learnerships, and External Learning Programs. Project Management experience. Providing support to the Learning Architecture. Responsible for the end-to-end process of learning management, including defining, designing, delivering, driving, deploying, and documenting learning interventions in partnership with Line and aligned to business and talent requirements in a business unit. Analyse, record, and measure impact based on defined outcomes and success criteria post the learning intervention. Prepare management reports and compliance reports to report return on investment. Manage the certification process. Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements. Consult with relevant stakeholders to understand business requirements. Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure context support and desired behavioral change. Put support structures in place and assess workplace application. Specify program outcomes, conduct research, define learning experience, draft curriculum and course design, and create learning content. Provide continuous support to learner, manager, and facilitator. Check in on program progress and goal alignment. Facilitate learning and development solutions across the 6 D's Methodology. Ensure alignment of training spend to key business strategic imperatives. Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Manage development to increase competencies of self. Prepare lesson plans, tools, and applications to support the learners. Deliver the program with measurable impact. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations. Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration. HR Qualification. NQF Level 8. National Diploma: Occupationally Directed Education, Training & Development Practices (ODETDP).
