Learning And Development Specialist

RCL FOODS is seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist  who will look after the learning functions for the Groceries Business Unit with sites based in Pretoria West, Molteno and Randfontien with occasional support to our Boksburg, Gauteng Business Unit as well.
The successful incumbent will be responsible to drive and oversee the successful planning and implementation of the overall Learning and Development portfolio for these functions.
The role will be based in Gauteng, Randfontien and will report to the Learning Manager .
