Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services industryMinimum of 8 years experience in skills developmentwill enable you to:
Conduct training needs analysis and co-ordinate all relevant informationIdentify and assess training providers and their products to assist with training needsImplement learning and development strategy Schedule and communicate trainingConduct comprehensive recordkeeping activities Compile regular management reportsCompile and monitor IDPs and progress reportsCompile Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training reports for all business unitsEnsure that grants are received as per agreements with SetasLiaise with Setas to identify strategic industry programmes and fundingopportunitiesCo-ordinate strategic skills development programmes eg.
