A well-known Mining company, situated in North West, is seeking the expertise of a Learning and Development Manager to join their team.The role will be responsible for developing the Employee Learning and Development vision and strategy. This includes formulating an Employee Learning and Development, Skills, Competency, and Learning framework to align with the overall business, OG, and Human Resource Strategy.
