Hire Resolve, a renowned recruitment agency, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning and Development Manager to join their client's team. As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs to support the professional growth and development of employees.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop learning plans, and deliver engaging and effective training programs. You will also oversee the management of the company's learning management system and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance the company's learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing learning and development strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectivesCollaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop individual and organizational learning plansDeveloping and delivering engaging and interactive training programs, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutionsOverseeing the management of the company's learning management system, including content development, course scheduling, and user supportConducting needs assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programsIdentifying and recommending external training resources and vendors as neededManaging the learning and development budget and tracking expensesEnsuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and accreditation standardsTracking and reporting on learning and development metrics and outcomes to stakeholdersStaying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the company's learning initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of learning and development principles, methodologies, and best practicesExperience in designing and delivering a variety of training programs and modalitiesExperience managing a learning management system or other learning technologiesExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
