We love people that think out the box & who are able to bring the best out of other people whilst maintaining world class standards.So if you want to work hard and make your life count then JAM is the place to be.If the above sounds like YOU and you meet the minimum requirements below then why not apply for Learning and Development Manager at our Head Office in Durban.Minimum requirements: Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Training or relevant qualification.Minimum 5 years' experience in Training and Development field.Working knowledge of W&R SETA and its programs.Full spectrum of learning and development processes.Retail background.The successful candidate will have the following characteristics: Good leadership skillsStrategic and analyticalGood communication and collaboration skillsProject ManagementAttention to detailInterpersonal SkillsDeadline drivenMust live the company values - Real, Value, PeopleRESPONSIBILITIESLearning and Development- Develop and implement a comprehensive training and skills development strategy that aligns with the company's goals.- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, performance gaps and skills opportunities.- Content development by overseeing the design and creating training materials, modules, andresources that are engaging, informative, and aligned with industry best practices in accordance with business needs.- Manage delivery and training facilitation this includes facilitation of training to SM's and TM's across the country on an ongoing basis.- Manage and monitor all types of training provided at the company for compliance to EE and Skills Development.- Implement, review and update Learning and Development policies, processes and procedures.W&R SETA- Drive the requirements of the Training and Development plan with SETA through the Learningand Development Administrator.- Ensure submission of the WSP, ATR and pivotal reports to the SETA, before the deadline.- Advise the organisation on the implementation of the WSP.LMS and Content Management- Content Development- Manage the company Learning Management System (Moodle)Administration- Manage the financial performance of training and development.- Manage analytics and reporting mechanisms.- Oversee relationships with external training vendors, negotiating contracts and managing budgets to maximize value and ROILeadership- Support and lead the Learning and Development Administrator to ensure deadlines are met and processes followedPlease respond with the following:- Updated CVPump up the JAM, pump up your CAREER, pump up your LIFE#J-18808-Ljbffr
