As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs to support the professional growth and development of employees.You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop learning plans, and deliver engaging and effective training programs. You will also oversee the management of the company's learning management system and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
