A summary of what we want you to bring to the team:Take overall accountability for the strategic and operational effectiveness of ETD in support of business objectives and the meeting of client expectations.People Management: ensure that ETD Project Managers are led and supported to implement credible and compliant project implementations, inclusive of workforce management for independent consultants. Compliance & Quality Control: design, develop and implement a Quality Assurance Framework to ensure that all ETD operational resources are upskilled, developed and quality assured to implement Omni's QMS in alignment to SETA, QCTO and SAQA regulations, maintaining the credibility of our accreditation status.Digital & Ed-Tech: drive Omni's digital transformation strategy and the use of ed-tech tools, applying these optimally for operational efficiencies. Development & Support: lead and develop operational frameworks for pilot projects and support the Operations Executive in matters across various operational functional areas. Background information, qualifications, skills and requirements: Industry Knowledge: 10 years of proven success track record of practical knowledge, understanding and experience across the SETA domain, Quality Assuring bodies, Outcomes-Based Education, NQF implementation, Training and Development Consulting and new developments in the QCTO landscape. ETD Experience: registered Assessor and Moderator with 5-10 years of practical experience. Qualifications: associated tertiary education for Adult Education, Project Management, Data Analytics and/or EdTech.Project Management: 5 - 10 years of project management experience within the learning and development sector across large scale implementation, inclusive of multiple (20 -40) project implementations concurrently. People Management: proven ability to lead and manage internal and external resources as well as large team of independent contractors.Instructional Design: a background in instructional design and adult learning principles and methodologies, with experience implementing both virtual and blended learning solutions. Self-Starter: ability to operate under pressure, multi-task and carry the key responsibility and accountability of the position.Complexity and Ambiguity: ability to manage complex and varying client relationship management components.
