Both programmes aim to enhance sustainability and impact through future leader development, science and knowledge generation, support to decision-makers and management authorities, community development and livelihoods support, awareness and communication, and advocacy and campaigning.We are looking for a Learning and Development Facilitator to be based in northern KZN to provide training facilitation across multiple WILDTRUST projects.KEY PERFORMANCE AREASReporting to the Senior Manager, the Learning and Development Facilitator's main role is to:Deliver various accredited and non-accredited training programmes to clients.Carry out assessments and moderation of portfolio of evidence for relevant modules.Develop innovative learning material and creative ways of teaching and learning.Consult and support students in completing training modules.Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.Analyze and report on feedback from monitoring and evaluation processes.Perform relevant monthly administrative duties of a training facilitator.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Diploma in Training, Nature Conservation, or related qualifications.A minimum of 2 years training experience in small business development or environmental related content.Good understanding of the National Qualification Framework and familiarity with the SETA and QCTO processes.Must be able to speak confidently and write in English and IsiZulu.Ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrating your own initiative.Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining flexible during any period of change based on the needs of the organization.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Must have a driver's license and be willing to travel.TO APPLY:Submit a covering letter with a 2 to 3-page CV, and at least 3 references to ****** by 15 November 2024.
