Job Title: Lead Management Specialist
Nedbank Wealth Management SA Business Unit is seeking a highly skilled Lead Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and services team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust system to manage leads, empowering others to act on leads, and driving new business and cross-selling opportunities.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with front-line teams, maintaining regular contact with stakeholders, and ensuring that time spent with the frontline teams is used to the best advantage. You will also be responsible for building relationships with internal stakeholders, contributing to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals, and participating in initiatives for the achievement of business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships of trust with front-line team members and be the first point of contact for support on lead management
Maintain regular contact with front-line teams and stakeholders to stay top of mind
Ensure that time spent with front-line teams is used to the best advantage by focusing on resolving issues and providing suggestions to enhance outcomes
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to improve delivery to clients
Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives
Participate and support initiatives for the achievement of business strategy
Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and add value to Nedbank
Educate front-line teams on lead management best practices to enable them to increase revenue
Handle queries from front-line teams on the administration process in a timely and professional manner
Solve technical queries by responding or escalating to the relevant person in a timely and professional manner
Provide regular statistics and reports as required
Assess monthly reports and identify areas that need attention, taking corrective action with relevant stakeholders
Ensure management reports and dashboards are maintained and are appropriate for managers to gain an overall view of leads in each area
Conduct all activities within required regulations to reduce risk
Support the achievement of business strategy, objectives, and values by reviewing the Wealth Management SA plan and ensuring delivered systems, processes, services, and solutions are aligned
Identify training courses and career progression opportunities for self through input and feedback from management
Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframes
Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interactions
Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes that will improve the functioning of stakeholders' businesses by highlighting benefits in support of the implementation of recommendations
Essential Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
