Under the general direction of the Managing Director, Troost ILead, the incumbent will expand programming for engaged students and alumni. The incumbent will lead programs such as Clubs Suite, Summer Fellowship, and Leadership Legacy, and play a significant role in all our student-facing activities.
Your responsibilities will include: Planning and implementing components of curricular and/or co-curricular programs and activitiesFacilitating educational workshops and seminarsPlanning and overseeing the implementation of an evaluation framework for programs and initiativesFostering cooperative working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external contactsTraining and coaching student life staff and student leadersDeveloping strategies that maximize outreach to students, alumni, and other strategic partnersConducting detailed analysis on program efficiency and student learning outcomes to inform program planningInterpreting and applying policies and procedures when making independent decisionsEssential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Psychology, or Organizational Development, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in curriculum and program design and delivery, with an emphasis on leadership development educationDemonstrated group facilitation skillsExcellent communication skills (listening, speaking, presenting, writing)Demonstrated ability to design experiential curriculum that prioritizes capacity building among studentsAbility to manage a diverse, challenging and varying workload with multiple projects and deadlinesSkill and sensitivity in working with diverse groups of peopleEnthusiastic self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently, showing initiative and good judgmentAbility to work collaboratively and thrive in a team environmentAssets (Nonessential): Experience working with engineers or other professional groupsTo be successful in this role you will be: AccountableOrganizedPossess a positive attitudeTeam playerNotes: This is an eighteen (18) months term opportunityClosing Date: 09/18/2024, 11:59PM ET

Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone: USW Pay Band 12 -- $79,874. with an annual step progression to a maximum of $102,147.
