Lead Warmer

Position: Lead warmer (20 more agents needed)
Job Type: Full time
Location: Johannesburg, Milpark
Remuneration (commission): R2980 - R8970+ (Excludes conversation & attendance bonuses)
Job Description:
Responsible for generating new customer leads and required to reach minimum monthly target.

Performance & target driven
Have self-discipline & self-belief
Ability to close potential customers (previous lead generation or sales experience would be an advantage)
Capable of handling pressure
Matric or equivalent

Commission Structure:

Leads Per month:

1 - 100 = R20 per lead = R2980
150 - 199 = R25 per lead = R3750 - R4975
200 - 299+ = R30 per lead = R6000 - R8970

Conversation Rate = 5%
Rate per sale = R100
Leads required = 100
(Out of 100 leads, if 5% (5 customers) are converted to sales, you will receive R100 per sale which equals R500)

Attendance Bonus: R500 (being at work and on time for a full month)
