Lead Ux/ Ui Designer

Requirements:Lead the design of the frontend user experience and interface. Use consultative techniques to capture requirements and assess client needs. Consult and actively contribute to design workshops and brainstorming sessions. Design user interfaces leveraging best practices in UI, UX, and design thinking. Interpret customer requirements to deliver engaging, innovative, and immersive user solutions. Conceptualize, create, and maintain user-centered design concepts throughout all phases of the project with e.g. wireframes, customer journeys, storyboards, high fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, etc. Present creative strategies and concepts to clients, both internally and externally.Guide both responsive webs, mobile and print products through various stages of the product lifecycles.Analyze user feedback and activity and iterate to enhance the user experience.Help create, maintain, and adhere to digital design guidelines.Conduct visual quality assurance testing to ensure that products are consistent with intended design.This is a skilled position that requires extensive experience in a related field along with a high level of education (NQF level of 7 or similar).
