What you'll get to do: Lead, develop and execute the technical strategy for a complex technology stack, which includes back-end services, microservices, APIs, databases, and client applications (WPF), websites (Blazor), and Excel add-ins (Excel DNA).Oversee the adoption of AWS best practices to optimize cloud infrastructure and services across the platforms.Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives, delivering key functionality for pre- and post-trade pricing and risk management.Promote continuous improvement, ensuring the teams adopt best practices for software development, agile methodologies, and operational efficiency.Mentor and coach engineers and analysts, fostering professional growth and creating a culture of innovation within the teams.What you'll bring to us Min 8+ years technology experienceRelevant B-Degree in Computer Science OR; equivalent level of industry certification in a Technical fieldExpertise in Investment Banking, .Net and AWS is essential, as you'll focus on guiding development strategy and continuously improving our in-house technology solutions.Proven leadership experience managing multiple development and operational teams, ideally in a financial or technology-driven environment.Strong background in software development, particularly in building and managing complex, high-performance systems such as pricing and risk platforms.Experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture, including best practices for deploying and managing cloud-based services.Knowledge of financial markets and risk management, with experience supporting departments like Global Markets, Market Risk, and Credit being highly advantageous.Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives, ensuring technology solutions meet organizational needs.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and drive continuous innovation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of working closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
