Business Segment: Corporate & Investment Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To support and maintain the existing Foreign Exchange Dealer system while leading the transformation and implementation of a target state platform. To ensure that the existing solution remains stable and resilient and supports the FX business. Encapsulate the existing platform in API's and specific apps to reduce technical complexity and create runway for a target implementation. Lead the people strategy to ensure that intellectual property is retained and well utilized in the organization. Engage with business line product owners to design and support interfaces with the out of FX trades for the South African FX business.

Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment.Track record in capability and competency building and coaching of staff is required.Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a senior manager running a portfolio of 10+ technical experts.

Come from a background of full lifecycle design and developmentBroad experience of application development methodologies, data base methodology, programming languages, data base concepts,IT infrastructure and operations.
